Merry Christmas, ~erin-hime! 
Wait, wait, I think I got this holiday mixed up...it's Halloween today, right? Because Malise aka Nemesis here scares the hell out of me.
But seriously, I wanted to do something a little different...I don't know if ~erin-hime's muse is still on Earthia right now or not, but I figured it couldn't hurt. And seeing as I'd drawn Kayden not that long agoand have drawn Aerona too many times to be healthy I might as well try for something different. Malise hasn't been drawn, and as she's one of the bigger villains, I figured I'd give it a shot, since I had wanted to draw her for a while.
Because everyone knows Christmas isn't Christmas until you feel deeply unsettled! >.>
I had fun with this one, both the pose and the literally black skin -- tried to play up the highlights like on dark skin, both to make it look like I actually had shaded it and so you could see it a bit better. It looked just too dark without highlights.
But I really had fun with this, as non-Christmasy as it is. Doesn't she look so adorable, trying to menace the crap out of you?

I swear, I feel like the worst when it comes to commenting. I'm just glad that you realize that my brain shuts down for these things at a certain time, and that I have an easier time with it in the morning. >.< I just would have felt better if I commented on the actual day rather than the day after.
In any case...omg, it's Malise! It's totally not at all what I was expecting, but I love it nonetheless. I generally want fan art of my good guys, of course, but I've been curious to see how you would color the black skin. >.> And look, there it is! And strangely enough, I do rather like Malise, so there you go. I think my only tiff is that I don't see the belt with pyramid cuts to the stones, but rather flat surfaced, but I can't really complain when the result looks this great.
But yeah, my muse is still mostly drifting, but I'm trying to get the damn thing on Earthia so I can get the second part written, and this is a perfect way to do it. I'm glad you chose to do someone from the story! And even though she's not a good choice to represent Christmas with - getting way too much coal in her stocking and all - I don't really care.Although I think there needs to be a matching Strife chibi now, so we can stick them together. >.>
I think you did a great job with the skin, better than what I normally do, since you usually can't make out any features on mine unless you tilt the screen back or something. But that's mostly my coloring style, and I wanted them as black as I could get them.
But I've always loved the menacing chibis - with the exception of Zulnerowich, I just felt like that were too cute to be scary, and that's certainly the case here as well.
